I barely notice it’s on my dog’s neck, but the 1-inch width still feels solid enough for heavy tug sessions. The polyester web has held up great after a month of daily trail use, no fraying or stretching so far.
The weave feels really tight and sturdy for how light this collar is, so I don't worry about it snapping on a big pull. Mainly bought it to cut down on neck weight during long hikes and it definitely does the job without feeling flimsy.
This collar weighs next to nothing, but the tight weave feels tough enough for my puller. The 1-inch width sits nicely on his neck without looking bulky. Genuinely impressed.
