My pup hikes in the desert heat every weekend, and this bandana is the first thing I grab from the gear bag now. The way it drapes around her neck stays put even when she’s scrambling over rocks, and she actually seems more herself at the summit than before.
Soaked it for about ten seconds before our hike and my husky actually seemed comfortable at the summit instead of panting the whole time. The tie kept it snug against her neck without rubbing, even when she shook her head constantly. Perfect for those hot trail days when she wants to keep going.
Tied it around my pup's neck after a quick soak and he actually seemed more comfortable on the last mile of our hike. The fabric stayed damp for a good while, which surprised me since he's a heavy panting breed. Only wish the tie held a bit snugger, but it did the job for a warm afternoon.
