Walked the pup through a salt marsh and then just hosed the leash off in the driveway, good as new—no smell left behind at all. It stays soft even when soaked, which I didn't expect from something this tough.
After three muddy beach trips and one very enthusiastic roll in the swamp, this leash still rinses clean in seconds and doesn't smell like a wet dog. The grip stayed soft through it all, even with saltwater and grit caked on. Exactly what I needed for our daily waterfront walks.
