Soaked ours for a few minutes before a hot hike and it stayed damp for a good couple of hours, which honestly made the whole trip more bearable for my lab. The tie-around design stayed put even when she shook her head after a swim. Just wish the print came in more sizes.

Soaked it, wrung it out, and tied it on my dog right before the steep climb—she was noticeably less panty at the top. The rainbow print looks great in photos too, which is a bonus for the summit selfie.

Tied this around my pup’s neck before a hot afternoon hike and the soaked fabric stayed cool against her fur for a solid hour. She actually seemed less panty on the way back down, and the tie held tight the whole time. Perfect for a quick summit photo without her overheating.
